We spent the day wandering through Ljubljana’s old town, crossing iconic bridges, snapping photos of the castle, and climbing up to explore its panoramic views. With a bit of history, a lot of walking, and the perfect mix of burek and burgers, this charming capital city totally won us over.
After a rainy hike through Vintgar Gorge, we arrived in Ljubljana ready to warm up, recharge, and explore. From settling into a cozy Airbnb and discovering the iconic Burek Olimpija, to stumbling upon an Asian Street Food Festival in the Central Market, our first day in Slovenia’s capital was unexpectedly magical.
