Personal Update – December 2025

Hello! It’s been a hot minute, Friend, so I thought I would share a Personal. Update. We spent October and November soaking up life in Mazatlán, Mexico, and even though I fully intended to keep this website updated while we were there, the salty ocean air had other plans for my laptop. One day it was fine, the next it decided it had retired. Sigh. We did all sorts of fun things; discovered a number of fantastic restaurants; stayed in a fabulous condo on the ocean…I can’t wait to share all of it with you!

We’ve been back home for about a week now. Well, I’ve been home. Ron, of course, is off on another adventure already. That man truly cannot sit still and it makes me laugh every time.

Now that I’m settled, I’m easing myself back into the groove. I’ll be finishing up the Europe 2025 posts, pulling together all of our favourite highlights from Mazatlán, and diving into planning our upcoming three month trip through Asia and Europe. It feels good to be getting organized again.

I’ll also be updating our Travel Must Haves page and Our Favourite Books page. We did a lot of reading on this trip and found some real gems that I can’t wait to share.
