Looking for an unforgettable happy hour in the heart of the Biltmore and Esplanade area? Let me introduce you to Hearsay, the newest hotspot that just had its soft opening and is already making waves. After months of renovations, this stunning spot is set to become a must-visit in Phoenix. Whether you’re enjoying a post-golf drink or catching up with friends after work, Hearsay delivers a blend of retro vibes, delicious cocktails, and a welcoming atmosphere that will quickly become your favourite place for Happy Hour.
A Sneak Peek Inside Hearsay: Retro Glam Meets Comfort
During a recent morning walk, we stumbled upon Hearsay while taking the underground tunnel from the Biltmore Fashion Mall to the Esplanade Plaza. We were greeted by a warm and friendly staff member who enthusiastically shared the story of this new restaurant that’s already making a big impression. With a mix of private areas, a cozy lounge, a full bar, and a beautiful dining space, Hearsay’s design pays homage to the retro charm of classic steakhouses—think Morton’s, but with a fresh, modern twist.
The ambiance? Unbeatable. The comfortable bar chairs make you feel right at home, while the laid-back yet sophisticated atmosphere is the perfect setting for sipping drinks and unwinding. Even in my casual morning-walk attire, I could instantly tell that this place was special.
Happy Hour at Hearsay: Unbeatable Deals and Flavourful Bites
Fast forward to a few days later, after finishing a round of golf at Cave Creek, and we were in the mood for a stellar Happy Hour. Hearsay, only a short 5-minute drive from our Biltmore home, was calling our name. We arrived just in time for the 3-6 pm happy hour window and were immediately impressed by the offerings.
For just $5, we sipped on Paul Jaboulet Aine Parallel 45 Côtes-du-Rhône red wine—an absolute steal! We also ordered a couple of appetizers to share: the Steakhouse Sliders ($9) and Meatballs Marinara ($8). The sliders came with cheddar cheese, pickles, caramelized onions, and a house remoulade, while the meatballs were served with rich marinara sauce, housemade ricotta, and ciabatta. Each bite was more delicious than the last, and we were both stuffed before we had a chance to order anything else!
Next time, I’m eyeing the White Bean Hummus, Truffle Fries, and the $5 Esplanade Margarita for a future visit—goals for sure!
